Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
- 1.5 C Drained and Rinsed Black Beans
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- ½ C Quick Oats
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ⅓ C Pure Maple Syrup
- ¼ C Coconut Oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ⅔ C Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine oil and syrup and microwave for 20 seconds
- Place oil, syrup, vanilla and beans in a food processor and blend until smooth
- Add in cocoa, oats, salt, and baking powder- continue to mix until smooth
- Stir in chips
- Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan
- Cook 15- 18 minutes ( DO NOT OVER COOK)
- Let them cool for 10 minutes
- If you feel they are undercooked, place them in the refrigerator to set after they have cooled
