Fit 45
Fit 45 is a 45-minute class combining both strength and cardio movements that will get your heart pumping! Throughout the week you will work each of the major muscle groups to help shape your body using a variety of weights, bands, and other equipment. The goal of this class is to be a “one stop shop.” Every day will be a different workout, but with the same goal- get stronger and burn calories!
Youth Fitness & Grit
This is an hour-long class designed to increase strength and endurance in youth athletes. The athletes will be pushed in a FUN and competitive environment to help them grow both physically and mentally to aid them in their sports.
