Preheat oven to 350
Combine oil and syrup and microwave for 20 seconds
Place oil, syrup, vanilla and beans in a food processor and blend until smooth
Add in cocoa, oats, salt, and baking powder- continue to mix until smooth
Stir in chips
Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan
Cook 15- 18 minutes ( DO NOT OVER COOK)
Let them cool for 10 minutes
If you feel they are undercooked, place them in the refrigerator to set after they have cooled
