Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Venison
- 1 Jalapenos Pepper Finely Diced
- 1 Purple Onion Finely Diced
- 1 Red Pepper Finely Diced
- Cream Cheese Block
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Bottle Kraft Italian Roasted Red Pepper
Fry the peppers and onion in the butter
Butterfly cut the steak
Lay a slice of cream cheese in the middle
Spoon on pepper sauce
Shake on a little Lawry’s salt to taste
Fold over steak and slice to 1” slices
Wrap bacon and secure with toothpicks
Marinate overnight with Kraft Italian roasted red pepper dressing
Grill to medium rare
