Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Venison
Ingredients
- 1 Jalapenos Pepper Finely Diced
- 1 Purple Onion Finely Diced
- 1 Red Pepper Finely Diced
- Cream Cheese Block
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Bottle Kraft Italian Roasted Red Pepper
Instructions
- Fry the peppers and onion in the butter
- Butterfly cut the steak
- Lay a slice of cream cheese in the middle
- Spoon on pepper sauce
- Shake on a little Lawry’s salt to taste
- Fold over steak and slice to 1” slices
- Wrap bacon and secure with toothpicks
- Marinate overnight with Kraft Italian roasted red pepper dressing
- Grill to medium rare
