Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Venison

Ingredients

  • 1 Jalapenos Pepper Finely Diced
  • 1 Purple Onion Finely Diced
  • 1 Red Pepper Finely Diced
  • Cream Cheese Block
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Bottle Kraft Italian Roasted Red Pepper

Instructions

  • Fry the peppers and onion in the butter
  • Butterfly cut the steak
  • Lay a slice of cream cheese in the middle
  • Spoon on pepper sauce
  • Shake on a little Lawry's salt to taste
  • Fold over steak and slice to 1” slices
  • Wrap bacon and secure with toothpicks
  • Marinate overnight with Kraft Italian roasted red pepper dressing
  • Grill to medium rare
