Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Quick Oats
  • 200 g Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 4 Scoop Collagen
  • 1 ½ Cups Coconut Milk
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract
  • ¾ Cups Frozen Wild Blueberries

Instructions

  • Stir the Collagen into the Coconut Milk
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the blueberries
  • Stir until well mixed
  • Pour frozen blueberries on top
  • Cover with a lid and place in refrigerator overnight
