Protein Crepe

Ingredients

  • ½ C 2% Milk
  • ¾ C Light & Fluffy Pancake Mix
  • 3 Scoops Vanilla Protein
  • 1.5 C Egg Whites

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a blender
  • Heat large skillet over medium heat
  • Spray skillet with non stick spray
  • Pour roughly ⅓ cup of mix onto skillet and spread out very thinly with a spatula
  • Flip over when edges begin to curl ( it cooks quickly )
  • Top with yogurt, berries, syrup, ect.
