Ingredients
- ½ C 2% Milk
- ¾ C Light & Fluffy Pancake Mix
- 3 Scoops Vanilla Protein
- 1.5 C Egg Whites
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender
- Heat large skillet over medium heat
- Spray skillet with non stick spray
- Pour roughly ⅓ cup of mix onto skillet and spread out very thinly with a spatula
- Flip over when edges begin to curl ( it cooks quickly )
- Top with yogurt, berries, syrup, ect.
