Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Servings: 12 Muffins
Ingredients
- 2.5 Cups old fashioned oats
- 1 Cup low fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 eggs
- ½ Cup honey
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well
- Spray muffin pan and pour into 12 muffins
- Bake for 20 minutes
